The kit has been designed to make the selection of the crown very easy and accurate .
The tooth numbering is based on the FDI system . The mouth is divided for the primary dentition as the 5-6-7-8th quadrant . Each quadrant has 1-2-3-4-5 tooth equating to a total of 20 teeth . Of this each tooth has a size variant of 4 sizes demarcated as A-B-C-D in incremental order . For example, Tooth no 51 ,upper right central will have a selection of 4 sizes giving the operator adequate choice to finish any pediatric case to a closest fitting crown .
The shade selected is neither too bright to avoid a glaring presence . Instead we have worked out a universal shade to mimic the adjacent color and blend into the other teeth and avoid obvious detection.
Unique Morphology
The morphology of each tooth has been crafted in a way to fit in to the labial and lingual margins and the distinct proximal curvature allows the crown to seat without compressing that region. The crowns have an adequate thickness so that trimming and polishing may be done to the tooth and avoid unnecessary grinding of the unblemished opposing arches .The crowns are super thin for a perfect marginal adaptation .

Anterior Preparation Guide
Crown Selection
- Crown size is selected based on the mesio-distal width
Incisal Reduction
-
1.5-2.0 mm
with Bur No. WR-13 / PRO-S3
Axial Reduction
- Break the contact point using TC-S21
- 1-1.5 mm Axial reduction all round the tooth use Bur No. TR-S13
- Margins are supragingival
Finish Line
- Place a 1-2mm subgingival finish line using flame shaped diamond
- Bur No. FO-S21
- Place a feather edge finish line. Avoid ledges and round off all edges
Incisal Reduction
- Check the crown for passive fit.
- Finish and round aff all sharp edges and line angles
- Remove debris and stop bledding Clean the crown
- Cement using Glass ionomer GI or Resin modified Glass ionomer RMGI
- Use light finger pressure till set and remove excess
Posterior Preparation Guide
Crown Selection
- Crown size is selected based on the mesio-distal width
Occlusal Reduction
- Reduce 1.5-2.0 mm with Bur No. WR-13 / PRO-S3
- Reduce 1.5-2.0 mm with Bur No. WR-13 / PRO-S3
- Break the contact point using Bur No TC-S21 for 1.25 mm
- Take care not to damage the adjacent tooth
Axial Reduction
- Break the contact point using TC-S21
- 1-1.5 mm Axial reduction all round the tooth use Bur No. TR-S13
- Margins are supragingival
Finish Line

- Bur No. FO-S21
